Registration*
- A non-refundable fee of $30 per child/person is required yearly at time of registration. Tuition: Tuition covers 10 weeks of classes. Fees will be pro-rated for any student beginning lessons after the first week in a month. Payment of fees: Sessional class fees will be charged for the full amount at time of registration. No class times will be confirmed without receipt of payment. All declined charges will be charged a $30 fee. NO WITHDRAWALS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR OUR SESSIONAL CLASSES AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. Payment of fees will be accepted by credit card and automatic withdrawals only.
Class Times*
- Calgary Children's Theatre reserves the right to change class times and days. These changes are due to the fact that we can not guarantee enrollment. Every effort will be made to keep classes on the same day. Please note if changes are required you will be given a minimum of one weeks notice.
Waiver*
- As the legal parent or guardian, I release and hold harmless Calgary Children's Theatre, its owners and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned, while in or upon the premises or any premises under the control and supervision of Calgary Children's Theatre., its owners and operators or in route to or from any of said premises. I understand that by signing this agreement I am waiving the right to any legal action against Calgary Children's Theatre.
Withdrawls*
- I understand that there will be no withdrawals accepted and no refunds issued for our 10 week sessions.
Tax Receipts*
- You are eligible for the $1,000.00 Child Arts Tax Credit. You will receive a receipt from us outlining the payment that has been processed for the session. Please keep these receipts for your child tax credit. If you require a duplicate copy of your receipts you will be charged an extra $5.00. We do not hand write receipts, all receipts will be emailed to the address we have on file.
